Rashi offers ‘Locks of Love’

This year, The Rashi School celebrated the Jewish holiday of Lag B’Omer, the 33rd day of the Omer on which it is customary to cut one’s hair, with a very special event. Students and faculty members donated at least 10 inches of their hair to Locks of Love, a national non-profit organization that provides hairpieces to financially disadvantaged children under 21 suffering from long-term medical hair loss.
